But at the same time, I’m not sure if I want to keep waving the red flag since AMD, lately, can’t get their shit together when it comes to cooling and Power Consumption. Sure, their new HBM modules look a bit promising but at the same time, I’m starting to believe they’re trying too hard to promote DX12 when the only way you can see it being an advantage is if you’re a developer. Anything else would just be moot.
Which is why I am tempted to upgrade, though I’m wondering if I should just gut my case and go buy Intel/Nvidia products from now on....

It’s honestly probably not worth your time to try and sell it, you might be able to get a couple hundred but it’s not going to be easy. I’d wait a year and let ddr4 get a stronger hold and subsequent drop in price. I’m holding out with my i5 2500k and GTX 770 as long as I can before I start upgrading, I want pretty much all my components in my case to be obsolete so I can do a fresh build.
The Nano is promising for mini ITX builds, but even now there aren’t many cases that will truly take advantage of it’s tiny size.

The socket that all AMD’s stuff is running on is kind of dead. A mobo with an LGA 1150 socket gives you a lot of options for processors from pentiums to i7’s.
